Our Mission

To promote avid awareness of behaviors of individuals that are neurodivergent, and the understanding of how to be respectful and accommodating to all individuals with special needs. This mission defines our goals, program objectives, and shapes our budget.

About Us

The Lincolnshire Autism Awareness Project (LAAP) is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to speaking at local educational institutions and developing extensively researched content, all to fill the gaps of knowledge in society on topics of neurodivergence. This education strives to eliminate the misconceptions surrounding special needs that create stigma and oppressive behavior, engaging with our community to make it happen.
